The eCom Club(TM) offers access to different softwares, courses and live trainings to our students each of which have their own refund policies.

Any product sold by or on behalf of The eCom Club(TM) will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and links to this page here for further reference.

Below are listed the current offerings from The eCom Club(TM) along with their respective refund period.

  • The eCom Club Course Material – this product(s) is/are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee. If you request a refund within14 days of purchasing any of our course products, we will happily process a refund for you.
  • Live Events – refunds for live events are only provided with advance notice. We do NOT provide refunds for live events (in-person or online) once the event has started.
  • eBooks & Supplementary Course Material – we do NOT provide refunds for these products.
